This is a drawing I started as not much more than a doodle, to try working with some textures and line-weight.
As a lover of Japanese art and culture, I always find a lot of inspiration in the imagery used for example in traditional woodblock prints. So I made this drawing-version of what's usually seen in paintings and prints.
Hoping to find time to start a series of this style soon, because I really loved making it.
